Roles & Responsibilities:
- Producing content to be posted online.
- Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Manages all the social media channels of the company including Facebook, Youtube, & Instagram.
- Responding to any mentions over social media platforms and engage with the social media users
- Responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers.
- Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
- Creating and promoting company blogs on a weekly basis.
- Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Typing in data provided directly from customers
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Great attention to detail
- Weekly and monthly report generations regarding new members, and social media progress
